Real Women - Country Life - Great Jeans 

Dusty Diamonds was born from a love of the country way of life. Open roads, busy days, busy mums and clothes that are made to be lived in.

We are an Australian-owned and operated business, and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and great products at affordable prices for Aussie families.

Dusty Diamonds has been bringing country style, colour and plenty of bling to Australian women since 2015.

We're about country style for real life — a bloody good pair of jeans, Western pieces you'll actually wear, turquoise, statement jewellery, beautiful bags and, of course, plenty of sparkle.

Our racks are filled with brands we genuinely love, including Grace in LA, Wrangler, Outback, Montana West, Made at the Ranch and CTC, alongside Dusty Diamonds' own designs.

But Dusty Diamonds has never just been about what's hanging on the rack.

It's the woman who walks into our stall convinced "nothing is going to fit me" and leaves absolutely rocking her new jeans. It's familiar faces returning event after event, new ones becoming familiar, parcels heading all over Australia and the yarns had while helping you find something that makes you feel bloody good. 💎

You'll find Dusty Diamonds online and popping up at country events — somewhere between packing orders, raising kids, chasing horses, creating new things and probably drinking coffee.

From jeans and shirts to hats, belts, handbags, jewellery and candles, every piece is special to me.

Along this journey, I give thanks to the women who support me without question in this business. I'm lucky to have such a beautiful family and to live in such a wonderful, supportive community.

If you're unsure about a product or need help with sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

We're located in the Liverpool Plains at Quirindi, NSW — a beautiful farming community surrounded by cropping and cattle properties.

Although we no longer have a shopfront, local pickup can still be arranged for orders.

Terms & Conditions Ordering From Dusty Diamonds

Returns Policy

Dusty Diamonds is a long standing business in Australia and we take pride in our customer service and working to achieve a happy outcome for every customer.

The Dusty Diamonds Returns Policy applies to all orders made in store at our travelling shop or online at www.dustydiamonds.com.au.

Whichever way is easier, our products may be exchanged or returned in person or via post. Before sending the order back for exchange or credit please email dustydiamondsclothing@yahoo.com.au or send our facebook page a message.

We are able to offer a refund if the product is faulty. Please contact us if you believe your product is faulty. If the return is a change of mind, we offer a store credit or an exchange.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please ensure the products are returned to us with Aus Post or a trusted courier. No responsibility will be taken for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

All products returned must comply with the following requirements:

  • Be in original condition. Not worn, smelling of perfumes or personal products, cigarette smoke, be soiled or damaged. If the items are not returned in a saleable condition, you will not receive a credit or refund and will be responsible for postage of the item back to yourself.
  • The goods must be returned to us able to be re-sold, please consider this before returning the products to us.
  • Original tags, stickers and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • The return must be sent within 45 days.
  • If you are returning any jewellery items excluding earrings, they must be unworn. Any sign of wear on an item of jewellery will render it ineligible for return or exchange.

Products Ineligible For Exchange

Earrings, pre-order items, underwear and swimwear.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Incorrect Product Received

We do apologize if you may have received a faulty or incorrect product. In this case, please contact us. We are only human after all!

The Dusty Diamonds Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

Change Of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt, Dusty Diamonds may offer you an exchange provided that the product:

  • is in saleable condition
  • is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
  • and the exchange is sought within 45 days of purchase
  • is not a sale item

Faulty Items

Should you believe your item is faulty contact us at dustydiamondsclothing@yahoo.com.au or message us on our facebook page and we will advise of the process to return the item after you have sent a description of the problem along with clear photos. Please note that there must be a valid proof of purchase in order for a faulty claim to proceed.

Dusty Diamonds do not refund for change of mind. Should you change your mind on the suitability of a product purchased and wish to return to us, we will offer you a store credit valid for 12 months.
